By creating an account, submitting a business listing, or browsing our directory, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Black Business Directory is a platform for discovering, listing, and supporting Black-owned businesses. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Impersonate another person or business
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Post spam, offensive content, or content that violates any law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. By submitting a listing, you represent that:

• The business is legitimately Black-owned
• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• You have the authority to list the business

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that violate our Listing Policies.

Premium listings are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refunds: We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of your initial subscription. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the billing period.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your listing will revert to the free tier at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

By submitting content (business descriptions, images, reviews, etc.) to the platform, you grant The Black Business Directory a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with our services.

You retain ownership of your content. We will not sell your content to third parties.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

The Black Business Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Black Business Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
